Key things to consider before you renovate

• Functionality should be at the top of your list - so design a space with this in mind
• Consider your lighting to ensure enough brightness in the room
• Make sure you have enough storage in the form of drawers, cupboards and cabinets
• Think about what furniture you have and how you use this space
• Look at where power points are and whether you want a TV on the wall

TESTIMONIALS

We have no hesitation in recommending Andy (i-Renovate) for any building or refurbishment work. We recently had our main bathroom completely refurbished, and Andy was the project manager. Andy was invariably considerate and responded fully and promptly to any queries we had. A couple of unexpected problems were confronted and resolved.
